Alvin Ko

President of XYZ

Alvin has been actively assisting in real estate transactions since 2007. First working for his family’s business, which started as renter and operator of restaurants, then grew to investors and landlords, and eventually developers. Alvin has been instilled with core real estate values since childhood, learning early on about value and how to manage real estate. Growing up he worked closely with his family learning from the perspective of an owner, which provided rich learning experiences as he's been involved with acquisitions/sales/exchanges, leasing, dealing with renters and buyers/sellers, and developing plans to renovate as well as continually manage properties. Knowing real estate would always be a part of his life, Alvin obtained his Broker License early in his career. Alvin’s deep-rooted real estate experience in conjunction with his past work experience as a founder of an E-commerce startup, and a B.A. degree in Account and Economics helps to ensure a holistic approach is employed when evaluating new ventures and ensuring the company’s objectives remain on-track.
